Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative, Head & Neck, to support clients in the Los Angeles - San Diego territory. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and requires selling oncology therapeutics, demonstrating clinical knowledge, and developing strategic account plans.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.
• Minimum of two (2) years of successful pharmaceutical, biologic / biotech, or medical device sales experience or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
• Residing in the geography or be willing to relocate to it.

Responsabilités

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products’ clinical efficacy and articulate a value proposition to customers.
• Conduct business analysis, prospect for new business, and develop account strategies with District Manager.
• Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives, probes and approved materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
• Utilize company marketing tools and resources and close sales to move to the next step.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities.
• Negotiate sales and close orders to meet sales objectives.
