You will lead a team of Oncology Sales Specialists, drive territory business plans, and ensure achievement of sales goals with strategic leadership. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least eight years in healthcare commercial roles, including five in sales, with travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of relevant work experience with at least five years in sales or cross-functional roles in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams to achieve sales goals.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities
