Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, with 5+ years in cross-functional commercial roles in pharma/healthcare.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Prior people management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of District Managers and Sales Specialists across the West Region.
• Prioritize opportunities and improve results by allocating resources.
• Develop and execute an aligned West Region business plan for the RYBREVANT franchise.
