Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a senior clinical development professional to lead study teams in late-stage oncology programs. You will work with data management, biostatistics, regulatory, and GCO to ensure rigorous medical monitoring, protocol development, and timely responses to site questions.

Travel up to 20–30% is expected. The role emphasizes written and verbal communication, cross-functional leadership, and a track record in cancer drug development within a matrix

Qualifications

• Requires anAdvanced Degree in Medicine (MD or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant urology/oncology clinical research position.
• Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scientists and oversee training and supervision across assigned studies.
• Collaborate with Data Management, Biostatistics, Regulatory, and other teams for flawless execution.
• Support clinical study protocols, site monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Co-design study elements and budgets with C&G, GCO and GMS.
• Assist in NDA/MAA development and responses to Health Agencies.
