Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an experienced leader to direct clinical development programs across multiple therapeutic areas. You will drive study design, data interpretation, and regulatory submissions while coordinating with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, and other functions globally.

The role requires 8+ years in clinical trials, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. A PhD or MS is preferred, with NHL experience being highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the sciences; advanced degree (e.g., MS, PhD) preferred.
• NHL (Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma) experience strongly preferred.
• At least 8 years of clinical trial experience in pharma, academia, or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design and implementation of multiple clinical development programs in support of the product development plan.
• May lead clinical study teams and ensure enrollment timelines and data integrity.
• Owns analysis and reporting of scientific content for protocols, Investigator Brochures, and regulatory submissions.
• Represents clinical development in cross-functional teams and regulatory discussions.
