Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the sciences is required, advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of clinical trial experience in pharma, academia, or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and ability to lead cross-functional global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, analysis, interpretation and reporting of protocols, CSRs, and regulatory submissions.
• Lead clinical study teams, monitor study integrity, ensure enrollment and timelines.
• Oversee cross-functional development plans and collaboration with Medical Affairs, Commercial and other functions.
