Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an experienced clinical development leader to drive direction, planning, execution, and interpretation of trial activities across one or more programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to generate high-quality clinical data supporting product strategy.

You will oversee study design, safety, timelines, and regulatory submissions, working with investigators and stakeholders globally to deliver impactful therapies.

Qualifications

• Requires medical degree and clinical trial experience in pharma or academia.
• Strong leadership for cross-functional teams and complex programs.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and interpret multiple clinical development programs within the product plan.
• Oversee study design, safety monitoring, timelines, and data interpretation.
• Coordinate with investigators, sites, and regulatory teams on submissions.
• Chair or participate in Clinical Strategy Teams and provide medical expertise.
