Qualifications

• Master’s degree in bioinformatics or related field with substantial post-grad experience.
• PhD with 5+ years post-grad experience preferred.
• Strong background in data analysis for wet lab support and NGS data.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical validation strategy for an NGS-based assay with bench scientists and biostatisticians.
• Drive real-world evidence studies showing clinical utility for therapy selection and patient management.
• Build rapid prototypes and pipelines for multi-source data integration from different Natera products.
• Develop algorithms and tools to support new products in the production bioinformatics pipeline.
• Act as an internal technical consultant on bioinformatics methods.
