Job summary

The Los Angeles Cancer Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver high-level clinical care and to support physicians in daily consultations and procedures. This role requires collaboration, leadership, and a strong focus on patient-centered oncology care in California.

You will lead APPs, manage onboarding and professional development, and help align clinical objectives with the practice’s strategic goals, including EMR training and quality initiatives within a OneOncology

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current CA state license to practice as NP or PA.
• National AP Provider certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP or PA-C).
• Oncology-specific certification preferred or plan to obtain.
• Current BLS certification.
• 15+ years clinical APP experience with leadership/management preferred.
• Significant oncology experience and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervising physicians and provide onsite clinical support.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered oncology care.
• Lead APPs with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Oversee performance evaluations and professional development.
• Coordinate EMR training, workflows, and system updates.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and evidence-based practices.
