Job summary

SCRI Oncology Partners in Nashville, Tenn., seeks an Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver comprehensive cancer care under physician supervision, participate in clinical trials, and support patient management across the continuum.

The role covers preventive care, treatment planning, education, and collaboration with researchers; NP or PA credentials with oncology experience preferred; BLS/CPR required.

Qualifications

• MSN NP program completed and NP license active.
• RN license in practicing state; current license required.
• NCCPA certification for Physician Assistants.
• BLS/CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in oncology.
• Initiate interventions, document responses and prescribe therapies as indicated.
• Perform procedures with minimal supervision and provide education.
• Promote wellness and coordinate resources for patients and families.
• Integrate evidence-based research into clinical practice and assist trials.
• Complete charge capture and medical record documentation promptly.
• Mentor APP staff and precept students; support staff education.
