Job summary

Tennessee Oncology is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive oncology care across the care continuum. The APP will assess, diagnose, and manage cancer-related conditions, participate in multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to patient education and trial enrollment.

Applicants should hold TN licensure as RN or PA, with MSN/PA certification and national APP certification. Strong knowledge of oncology care and patient communication is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• RN or PA license in Tennessee required.
• Master’s degree in nursing or PA certification required.
• National APP certification (ANCC/AANP/NCCPA) required.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical and psychosocial status and document health history.
• Perform focused physical exams and interpret tests.
• Identify patients eligible for clinical trials and coordinate care with physicians.
• Educate patients/families about treatment plans and options.
• Provide care in oncology settings and manage cancer-related symptoms.
