Qualifications

• MSN from an accredited nursing school and successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current RN license and active licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Physician Assistant track requires NCCPA certification and PA license.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Levels describe experience requirements (Level 1: 0-3 yrs, Level 2: 3 yrs, Level Sr: 6 yrs).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct diagnostic and therapeutic patient care in outpatient/inpatient/surgical settings.
• Collaborate with practice physicians and interprofessional team.
• Use Electronic Health Record proficiently and document per policy.
• Build strong relationships across the organization and local medical community.
• Perform diagnostic/therapeutic procedures as appropriate.
• Participate in tumor board, trainings, and meetings as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
