Job summary

Revolution Medicines in the United States is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to promote our oncology portfolio and build strong relationships with private practices, medical groups, hospitals, and cancer care teams. You will serve as a clinical and business leader, delivering approved disease and product information and resources to key decision-makers, reporting to the Area Business Director.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of biopharma industry experience.
• 8-12+ years of oncology product sales experience.
• Proven track record of oncology product launches.
• Oral Oncolytic product launch experience.
• Experience launching oncology products with companion diagnostics.
• Proven performer in solo-representative selling environments.
• Demonstrated success in small/midsize biotech environments.
• Must permanently reside in the territory; ~50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Markets Revolution Medicines’ product portfolio in the designated territory.
• Exceeds sales goals by promoting products to appropriate patients.
• Directs time to engagements that maximize brand value and patient impact.
• Partners with internal stakeholders to ensure patient access to products.
• Alternates between virtual and in-person engagements and plans accordingly.
• Analyzes market data and actions insights for business planning.
• Builds deep, sustained customer relationships and offers value-driven solutions.
• Represents RevMed brands in a compliant, ethical manner.
• Understands disease states, RevMed products, and competitors’ offerings.
• Manages reimbursement processes and fulfillment for oral oncolytics.
• Manages territory resources and budget effectively.
