Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate for the Early Tenure Onboarding team to shape onboarding experiences across key journeys. You will support the roadmap, manage backlog components, and translate customer and business needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in product management, strong analytics, and excellent communication within a large, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in digital banking, credit cards, FinTech, or customer onboarding.
• Experience shaping product roadmaps and translating needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to interpret product metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent written and oral communication for stakeholder alignment in a complex matrix organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilités

• Support the development of the Early Tenure Onboarding product strategy and roadmap to deliver customer value.
• Manage discovery, journey analysis, and competitive research to uncover customer needs.
• Own and refine product backlog items, with clearly defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and operations to deliver new features.
• Incorporate product metrics and customer feedback to inform prioritization and measure results.
• Communicate priorities, benefits, and tradeoffs across stakeholders.
• Author business requirements and support agile delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Support end-to-end delivery from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Prepare stakeholder updates and decision-ready roadmaps to simplify complex topics.
• Identify and mitigate risks across product lifecycle.
