Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC, is seeking a Senior People & Culture Coordinator to drive onboarding for new and transferring employees. This role partners with cross-functional teams across the NC region to ensure a seamless experience and timely completion of onboarding activities.

You will maintain HR data in ADP/Workday, administer new hire orientation, develop onboarding content, prepare reports, and serve as SME for onboarding questions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in a fast-paced HR administrative role.
• Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of experience in a fast-paced HR environment or High School/GED with relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and transfers across the NC region.
• Maintain employee data/files in HRIS (ADP, Workday) and run compliance audits.
• Facilitate New Hire Orientation and onboarding activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Generate routine HR reports and dashboards for departments and leadership.
