Qualifications

• High School or GED with 4-6 years of HR admin experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years HR admin experience.
• At least 1 year of basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Drives onboarding for new and transferring employees.
• Maintains employee data/files in HRIS and completes compliance audits.
• Facilitates New Hire Orientation and onboarding activities.
• Coordinates New Hire Orientation logistics and updates content.
• Produces routine reports and dashboards for stakeholders and compliance.
• Acts as SME for onboarding questions and partners with payroll, IT, facilities, and benefits.
