FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is hiring a Manufacturing Support Associate 3, Tech Transfer, in Holly Springs, NC. The role focuses on operational readiness, troubleshooting, and sustaining 24/7 production with emphasis on safety, quality, and documentation.

You will collaborate across operations, quality, engineering, and maintenance to ensure compliant, reliable manufacturing. Ideal candidates bring strong manufacturing operations knowledge, problem-solving ability, and experience with batch

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on manufacturing experience and strong documentation habits.
• Capable of supporting audits, investigations, and CAPA activities.
• Experience leading cross-functional change management and CI projects.
• Ability to operate in a 24/7 production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness during project phases and oversee commissioning.
• Serve as SME to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and communicate risks.
• Coordinate batch planning with preventive maintenance alignment.
• Develop and update SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
• Support training programs and onboarding to build capabilities.
• Manage non-batch activities including changeovers and PMs.
• Support technology transfer and process mapping activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and CAPA investigations.
• Prepare for audits, respond to observations, and implement actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and safety.
