Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the onboarding and fiat funding experience for OG.com’s U.S. regulated prediction markets. You’ll shape signup, KYC, deposits, and payouts to deliver a fast, trustworthy funded account and a clear path to trading.

You’ll design the payments and banking rails, choose funding methods, manage limits and retries, and partner with finance, compliance and ops to move money smoothly while maintaining bank-grade compliance.

Qualifications

• Owned money-in and onboarding funnels (signup, KYC, funding) in prior roles.
• Led payments rails and funding methods with clear flow of funds.
• Evaluated money-in and identity UX for clarity, hierarchy and recovery.
• Instrumented funnels, sized opportunities, and prioritized without external analysis.
• User-centric approach with hands-on OG/prediction-market usage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and fiat end-to-end from signup to funded ready-to-trade.
• Define funding methods, payouts, limits, retries, and partner UX (ACH, cards).
• Instrument funnel analytics to reduce drop-off and drive conversion.
• Ensure trust through clear money UX, error states, and recovery copy.
• Collaborate with design in Figma; drive end-to-end cross-functional delivery.
