Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, HR, or other relevant area of study required.
• 5+ years of experience in a corporate setting required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work autonomously and self-direct priorities is required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first line of support to candidates in the onboarding process, ensuring access to vital information and delivering white-glove service.
• Leads pre-employment steps post offer, guides through drug screening and onboarding paperwork, and confirms first day details.
• Leads biweekly in-person new hire orientation at headquarters and oversees regional virtual orientation facilitation.
• Manages content for new hire orientation and onboarding resources, keeping information current and engaging.
• Prepares executive onboarding plans with the Chief of Staff for VP and above hires.
• Gathers feedback at key milestones and partners with HR to identify improvements.
