Job summary
Methodist Health System in Dallas is seeking an OnBase Team Lead to centrally manage the Hyland OnBase ECM platform, aligning it with clinical, financial, operational and administrative workflows across the health system.
You will guide architecture, governance, and roadmaps while leading automation initiatives and ensuring security, HIPAA compliance, and data integrity across Epic, Workday, and other enterprise apps. This is a senior technical leadership role with cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
- 5+ years of OnBase administration, development, and support.
- Experience with document imaging, workflow automation, and content management in healthcare.
- Experience with enterprise system integrations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership in enterprise projects and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead OnBase platform administration and governance.
- Design and implement workflow solutions to improve efficiency.
- Develop integrations with Epic and Workday.
- Oversee security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
- Mentor analysts and project teams; drive roadmaps.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and licensing.
