Job summary

KeyMark is seeking Senior OnBase Engineers to work with project teams and customers to design, implement and customize Hyland OnBase solutions. You will install, configure, and integrate modules, develop custom development work, and assist in discovery, training, and documentation.

You should have OnBase experience, strong programming skills (C#), and SQL Server knowledge. Expect collaboration across teams and occasional travel as projects require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience highly preferred.
• Commensurate experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
• Strong understanding of OnBase modules and integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Customer resources regarding solution options during discovery and engineering phases.
• Develop system design and specification documents and user documentation as needed.
• Install, configure and integrate OnBase solutions in the customer environment.
• Custom development of supporting applications and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementations and support.
• Provide training during OnBase installation and ongoing support.
