Job summary

A technology solutions company based in Houston, TX, is looking for an expert-level OnBase Specialist to lead the administration and development of the Hyland OnBase system. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of hands-on experience in workflows, integrations, and application development. Responsibilities include overseeing system administration, collaborating with stakeholders for workflow design, and leading migration projects. Proficiency in SQL and experience with Hyland WorkView are required, along with certifications being preferred.

Qualifications

• 9-10 years of experience in Hyland OnBase architecture, workflows, and scripting.
• 2+ years of experience in Hyland WorkView and OnBase scripting.
• Certifications as an OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OnBase system administration including Workflow, WorkView, and API programming.
• Design tailored workflows and implement document import mechanisms.
• Lead migration projects and integrate Hyland OnBase with other tools.
