Methodist Mansfield Medical Center is seeking an OnBase Team Lead to administrate and optimize the Hyland OnBase platform across clinical, financial, and operational workflows. You will drive governance, security, and automation initiatives while coordinating with Epic, Workday, and other enterprise systems.

You will lead solution design, development, testing, and deployment, mentoring analysts and ensuring platform reliability and regulatory compliance across the health system.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Five (5) or more years of experience administering, developing, and supporting Hyland OnBase solutions.
• Experience supporting document imaging, workflow automation, and content management systems in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with enterprise application integrations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, business processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Hyland OnBase platform and manage system configuration, security, and upgrades.
• Design, develop, implement, and support OnBase workflow solutions and automation.
• Support and optimize integrations between OnBase and Epic for clinical documentation and physician workflows; coordinate with Workday integrations.
• Support document management across patient records, revenue cycle, accounts payable, supply chain, HR documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, access controls, audit capabilities, and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and roadmap planning for OnBase strategy.
• Liaise with Hyland and vendors; manage escalation, licensing, and best practices.
