Job summary

KeyMark seeks a Senior OnBase Engineer in Kentucky to design and deliver advanced OnBase solutions, focusing on installations, configurations, and integrations with customer ERP and line-of-business apps. Lead discovery, solution documentation, and training while growing OnBase certifications.

You will work with Hyland OnBase modules, WorkView, API integrations, and custom developments, emphasizing performance, security, and scalable designs in client environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• OnBase API and Workview knowledge; strong programming background (C#, etc).
• Experience deploying relational databases and T-SQL knowledge.
• 2+ years OnBase experience with Workflow/Workview; consulting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Customer resources regarding solution options based on requirements; guide toward optimal solution.
• Develop system design and specification documents and user documentation as needed.
• Install, configure and integrate the OnBase solution in the customer environment.
• Custom development of supporting applications and integrations.
• Handle issues during implementations and escalate as needed.
• Provide training during OnBase installation and ongoing support.
• Maintain knowledge of OnBase modules and integration tools.
