Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union seeks an experienced OnBase/ECM specialist to design and implement low-code solutions, manage configuration, and document technical requirements.

You will provide Tier 3 production support, coordinate releases and upgrades, and act as a technical liaison between IT, vendors, and business users. Strong OnBase/ECM knowledge and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience with OnBase.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience using Unity Client / Thick Client / Configuration.
• Creating OnBase Document and Keyword Structures.
• Creating Workflow and OnBase Scheduling.
• OnBase Document Import Processor.
• OnBase troubleshooting (e.g. Diagnostics Console).
• OnBase Security groups and Retention.
• Strong OnBase/ECM knowledge and solution mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage OnBase & ECM systems; implement low code/no code solutions.
• Support Tier 3 production systems and monitor applications.
• Develop functional and technical requirements; document processes.
• Coordinate releases, upgrades, testing, and user training.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams; act as technical liaison.
• Analyze business needs to specify technology solutions.
