Job summary

Security Finance in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an ECM Specialist to configure, develop, and support its OnBase ECM solution, including scripting, imaging, content management, and SharePoint workflows.

The role requires 2 years in information services or content management, ability to communicate, organization skills, and an associate degree or equivalent experience; OnBase certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of information services and/or content/document management experience, with at least 1 year in imaging and hard copy conversion.
• Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• OnBase certifications are a plus; OnBase API certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configures, develops, administers and supports all components of the ECM solution and OnBase; creates and maintains scripts and API integrations, imaging, capture, document/content management, SharePoint, Workflows, and ESC applications.
• Provides backup for ECS Servers administration and maintenance; includes updates and back-ups.
• Evaluates and installs ECS hardware and software; including new versions.
• Backs up SharePoint Administrator; installs, configures, and develops SharePoint environment.
• Assists ECS Manager with analysis, forecast of ECS needs and activities including timing, estimation, data and technical requirements.
• Assists in the development and delivery of training solutions for ECS users.
• Assists in the identification and development of ECS related standards, guidelines and procedures.
• Occasionally serves as project coordinator on small to medium ECS implementations.
• Provide Level 2 support for the entire ECS solution portfolio.
• Prompt and regular attendance is required.
