Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced OnBase IT Applications Specialist to advance ECM solutions, build low/no-code interfaces, and coordinate system changes. The role requires deep OnBase knowledge, strong documentation, and collaboration across IT and business teams.

The candidate will support production systems, author functional and technical specs, and lead testing, deployment, and user training in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OnBase experience and ECM knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience using Unity Client / Thick Client / Configuration.
• Creating OnBase Document and Keyword Structures and Workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage OnBase & ECM systems; implement low/no-code solutions.
• Provide Tier 3 support for production systems and SDLC.
• Coordinate releases, change requests, upgrades, testing and deployment.
• Document functional and technical requirements; maintain knowledge base.
• Liaise with business partners, vendors and IT teams; communication in Agile environments.
• Analyze business needs and identify efficiency improvements.
