Job summary

DEW Construction Corp. is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field activities on multifamily and healthcare projects.

You will manage DEW and subcontractor teams, coordinate with clients and architects, and ensure safety, budget, and schedule adherence on-site. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and quality control skills, with a focus on delivering projects that meet contract requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Construction Management Superintendent experience.
• Experience building ground-up Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Industrial and Retail projects.
• CPR/First Aid Certified; OSHA 10/30 preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in turnover, planning, closeout, and project meetings with subs, vendors, owner, and architect.
• Provide timely input/feedback to customers.
• Build and maintain positive work relationships.
• Ensure DEW and subcontractor work crews follow project procedures.
• Submit weekly/daily timecards and cost codes for materials.
• Review and understand subcontracts, budgets, and schedules.
• Coach and mentor DEW employees to support development.
• Ensure safety compliance and site housekeeping.
