Job summary

DEW Construction seeks a Senior Superintendent with Multifamily and Healthcare experience to oversee field activities and ensure contract requirements are met while maintaining safety, budget, and schedule goals. The role guides DEW and subcontractor personnel on-site, coordinating with other superintendents as needed.

The candidate will manage self-perform work, plan CPM schedules, review budgets and subcontracts, and lead safety, quality control, and project coordination efforts on complex

Qualifications

• Extensive supervisory experience in the construction industry.
• 2nd item: Knowledge of construction methods and materials, costing and scheduling.
• First Aid, CPR certified; 30-hour OSHA certified.
• Ability to lead people and manage multiple priorities.
