Job summary

DEW Construction in Manchester, NH seeks a Superintendent with Multifamily and Healthcare experience to lead field activities, manage DEW and subcontractor crews, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget goals are met. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site operations, review plans and specs, and mentor project teams while maintaining strong client communications.

This role requires at least 5 years of CM Supervision, a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Construction Manager/Superintendent on large projects.
• Experience with healthcare, commercial, education, industrial and retail builds.
• Strong reading of drawings and specs; proficient with CM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
• Proficient in CM software (CMiC, P6) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Attend turnover, planning, closeout, and pre-construction meetings with subs, vendors, owner, architect.
• Provide timely input to customers and maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure DEW and subcontractor crews follow project procedures.
• Submit weekly/daily field reports and communicate decisions to all stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor DEW employees and review subcontractor/vendor scope of work.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site activities and CPM/schedule planning.
