Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Dallas is seeking an experienced QA/QC professional to implement and manage the project-specific QA/QC plan for an advanced technology project in Northern Louisiana. This role reports to the QA/QC Manager and Project Manager and requires coordinating with owners, architects, subcontractors and vendors to ensure full contract compliance.

Responsibilities include developing procedures, managing RFIs and change orders, conducting tests and inspections, and overseeing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years' experience or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience in construction.
• Knowledge of the construction process, means and methods, and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures and tolerances.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Turner's project management software and leadership skills.
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement the project-specific QA/QC Plan.
• Develop and execute QA/QC procedures aligned with contract documents.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance.
• Oversee testing and inspections and report results.
• Manage Daily Construction Reports (DCRs) and punch lists.
• Direct removal and replacement of non‑compliant materials/workmanship and document corrective actions.
