Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced QA/QC Lead for a high‑profile project in Northern Louisiana. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and developing the project‑specific QA/QC Plan to ensure full contract compliance and quality delivery on site.

Responsibilities include leading QA/QC staff, coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and conducting inspections and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in construction QA/QC or related field.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Develop the project QA/QC Plan and ensure contract compliance.
• Lead QA/QC staff and coordinate with project team, owner/architect, and contractors.
• Perform QA/QC testing and inspections, arrange third-party testing as needed.
• Document non-conforming work and ensure corrective actions are verified.
• Ensure adherence to ethics and project contract documents throughout.
