Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced QA/QC professional for an advanced technology project in Northern Louisiana. You will implement the project-specific QA/QC Plan, coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure a fully compliant project.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with at least five years of construction experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Turner PM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years' experience or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience in construction.
• Knowledge of the construction process, means and methods, and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures and tolerances.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Turner's project management software and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project-specific QA/QC Plan and ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors and vendors to deliver a compliant project.
• Conduct testing and inspections; arrange third-party testing and inspect as required; analyze results.
• Develop daily construction reports (DCRs) and punch lists; document non‑compliant materials/workmanship and track corrective actions.
• Research and apply Lean procedures to improve quality and project delivery; support project close-out with quality reports.
