Job summary

Jacobs in Wichita, KS seeks a Project Manager to support client teams on site five days a week, overseeing planning, design through procurement, construction and project controls. You will lead standardized PM processes, train teams, and drive cost and schedule management across large multi-project programs.

The role requires communicating with executives and clients, applying PM best practices, and delivering data-driven insights to optimize performance. Onsite work, full-time salaried position.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience developing and implementing processes with cross functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executives and clients.
• Experience implementing project management and information management systems.
• Proven ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize data for insights.
• Experience with large multi-project programs and reporting (schedules, cost data).
• Experience developing change management processes.
• Strong analytical skills focused on performance improvement and optimization.
• Strong risk management and critical path analysis skills.
• Ability to deliver effective presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support client teams and project controls from planning through procurement and construction.
• Develop, document, and implement standardized PM processes and controls.
• Configure processes within integrated project management systems and develop training materials.
• Apply PM best practices to enable cost and schedule management across large programs.
• Align project controls resources to support best-in-class project delivery.
