JobRx, Inc. in Greenville, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician IV to lead complex diagnostics and high-level repairs across our facility network. You will develop preventative maintenance plans, mentor junior technicians, and collaborate with engineering and operations to drive reliability.

This senior role emphasizes proactive issue identification, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and extend asset life.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; training in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields.
• Minimum of 5 years in industrial or commercial maintenance with increasing responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, PLCs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites within the United States as needed.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures and extend asset life.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support equipment installation, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
• Document maintenance work, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of equipment status and repairs.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide effective solutions to minimize operational disruptions.
