CrossRidge is seeking a Level 4 Maintenance Technician to join the Maintenance Department in South Carolina. The role supports diagnosis and resolution of facility issues, performing routine and complex repairs across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural systems under senior staff guidance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in facilities/property maintenance or a skilled trade.
• Experience managing or contributing to a preventive maintenance program for commercial or institutional property.
• Experience with arboriculture, grounds equipment, or heavy equipment servicing preferred.
• Demonstrated sound, biblical Christian faith.

Responsabilités

• Perform complex repairs and installations involving electrical, HVAC, and structural systems, coordinating among multiple trades.
• Diagnose root causes of multi-system failures rather than treating symptoms.
• Read blueprints, as‑built drawings, and equipment manuals to plan repairs and modifications.
• Own and manage the property’s preventive maintenance schedule and adjust the program as needed.
• Coordinate with licensed contractors for work requiring specialized licensure or equipment.
• Respond to urgent or emergency system failures, including after‑hours as required.
