Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations and maintenance tasks
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and vendor scheduling
• Oversee compliance with audits and local laws
• Negotiate service contracts and monitor contractor performance
• Assist in budget development and variance review for maintenance
• Respond to emergencies and manage on-site safety and incidents
