WM is seeking a Landfill Operations Supervisor to lead a hands-on team overseeing MSW and HazWaste streams, coordinating field operations, maintenance, safety initiatives, and project execution onsite.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in landfill or field operations environments.
• Strong people leadership, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to supervise field staff and coordinate maintenance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervises landfill staff and ensures quality and timely work.
• Coordinates workflow and assignments toward operational goals.
• Monitors daily landfill operations and safety compliance.
• Coordinates repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
• Collects readings and submits records/reports.
• Coaches and evaluates staff; supports performance decisions.
