Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced On-site Equipment Rental Program Manager to implement and oversee on-site programs across multiple projects. You will train, onboard, and manage daily operations, coordinating with project teams and vendors to ensure efficient equipment usage and maintenance.

Travel is required as projects occur nationwide. The role requires collaboration, strong communication, and a proactive approach to logistics, inventory, and system usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years in construction rentals, logistics, or related.
• Understanding of construction equipment, jobsite logistics, and equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of financial principles and budget forecasting.
• Strong communication and follow-up practices.
• Highly organized to manage On-site Equipment Rental Programs on project site or yard.
• Proficient with equipment rental software and P2P systems.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for project teams and on-site rental vendors.
• Visit project sites to manage on-site equipment requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication with project teams and vendors.
• Support troubleshooting of rental software and inventory systems for on-site programs.
• Monitor utilization and vendor billing for on-site equipment programs.
• Provide on-site equipment rental program preconstruction information and equipment lists for bidding.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships for reliability and high service standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
• This is a Full-Time Traveling position that will work on projects across the United States.
