Job summary

Aegis Project Controls is seeking a Senior Project Controls Engineer in Spur, TX to provide CPM scheduling and project controls for data center programs. This on-site position involves developing, maintaining, and monitoring schedules, performing critical path analyses, and coordinating with project managers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in project controls, 2+ years in data centers, and a strong ability to interpret construction documents.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction.
• Two+ years of experience in project controls for data centers.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or related field (waived with 5+ years of vertical construction).
• Ability to interpret construction documents with accuracy.
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor CPM construction schedules.
• Review documents to create baseline schedules with dates, activities, milestones.
• Perform progress updates with reporting and narratives.
• Conduct critical path analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and present progress to stakeholders.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks for the program.
