Job summary

Aegis Companies seeks a Project Controls Engineer to provide scheduling support for our data center practice. You will develop, manage and monitor CPM schedules with client PMs and stakeholders throughout a project’s life cycle. This is a full-time on-site role with significant growth potential.

Five+ years in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction is required, plus data center experience. PMI-SP/AACEI PSP preferred; strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling within vertical construction.
• Two or more years of project controls experience for data centers.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, PM, or related field, or waiver with five+ years experience.
• Ability to interpret construction documents accurately.
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequences.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM schedules.
• Review documents to develop baseline schedules with all dates and milestones.
• Perform progress schedule updates and comprehensive reporting.
• Identify risks and provide corrective actions.
• Conduct site walks and compile monthly reporting packages.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to support the program.
