Job summary

Aegis Companies is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to provide CPM scheduling and project control services for our data center practice in Haskell, TX. You will collaborate with client project managers, construction professionals, and stakeholders to develop, manage, and monitor CPM schedules across the project life cycle.

The role requires five or more years in project controls with CPM scheduling and is full-time on-site.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction.
• Two or more years of experience in project controls for data centers.
• Bachelor's degree or five years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor construction CPM schedules.
• Review documents to build baseline schedules with dates, activities, milestones.
• Perform progress updates with narratives and reporting.
• Analyze schedules and provide recommendations to meet goals.
• Conduct critical path analyses and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly tracking packets and validate progress with site team.
