Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience; lead superintendent in comparable projects.
• OSHA-30 certification.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Experience using scheduling software and Microsoft Office; document site photos.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Open the construction site each day and secure it at day’s end.
• Lead and manage the on-site construction team.
• Develop schedules and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractor sequencing and manpower.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and uphold safety policies.
• Maintain daily field reports and RFIs.
• Coordinate inspections with authorities and manage punch list.
• Mentor field staff and support field standards.
