Candidates should have 10–15+ years in construction management, self-perform experience, and strong CPM or scheduling skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10-15+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at $50 million or larger.
• Experience leading self-perform construction operations preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Aufgaben

• Lead the overall direction, execution, completion, and financial performance of large, complex self-perform construction projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff while fostering a positive team environment.
• Manage projects using established controls, procedures, and reporting tools.
• Lead constructability reviews, coordination efforts, and key project meetings with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and execute project-specific strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop contingency and recovery plans to address project risks and changing conditions.
