Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of field leadership experience.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all aspects of building construction.
• Ability to read and follow construction site drawings, blueprints, diagrams, and specifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Kinsley’s self‑perform crews through a hands‑on approach.
• Manage and schedule subcontractors.
• Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Plan necessary manpower, tools, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain on‑site inventory.
