Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of field leadership experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test and a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction crews effectively.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors.
• Interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Plan and schedule necessary manpower and materials.
• Maintain on-site inventory and complete daily logs.

Skills

Field leadership experience
