Job summary

Kinsley Construction is seeking a qualified Concrete Foreman to support its Industrial team, based in the Hagerstown, MD office, with travel across the Mid-Atlantic region. The role requires directing concrete construction activities, leading crews, and ensuring safe, efficient project execution.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years directing a concrete crew, strong leadership, and the ability to delegate and make quick decisions while working as a Working Foreman alongside crews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience directing a concrete crew.
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints and convey to others.
• Work involves leading crews of 3 to 6 individuals and coordinating manpower, tools, and materials.
• Must have transportation to job sites and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel out of town and potential overnight stays.
• Safety sensitive role with adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Experience with horizontal and vertical concrete and machine foundations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate concrete crews of 3–6.
• Plan manpower, tools, materials, and equipment for projects.
• Complete daily timesheets and logs.
• Ensure safety on job sites and compliance with OSHA/MSHA.
• Train new crew members and delegate tasks effectively.
• Interface with clients and maintain company reputation.
• Read drawings and communicate requirements to crew.
• Identify resources and equipment to complete projects efficiently.
