AHW LLC seeks an experienced service technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural equipment, with emphasis on Commercial Application Equipment. The role involves direct customer interaction, documenting service details, and supporting service program promotions.

Candidates should have strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge, plus experience with Service Advisor and basic computer use.

Qualifications

• Experience performing complex diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow Technical Manual procedures and use special tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment, focusing on Commercial Application Equipment.
• Participate in required Service EDUCATE Training programs.
• Explain maintenance or repair concerns to customers and document on work orders.
• Promote and sell dealer service programs when appropriate.
• Maintain service vehicles, tools, and a clean work area.
• Follow safety rules and complete all required reports.
