Bluecrux is seeking an OMP Implementation Lead to drive cloud-based planning transformations for clients across consumer goods, chemicals, life sciences, and manufacturing. You will lead end-to-end OMP implementations, from discovery and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.

You combine deep supply chain planning with hands-on OMP delivery, leading client conversations, guiding teams, and turning planning challenges into practical solutions.

Competenze

• OMP planning solutions designed, configured, and deployed.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, detailed planning, and MRP.
• Ability to translate business needs into workable process designs and technical specs.
• Experience leading client workshops and guiding solution choices.
• Led substantial OMP implementation work including configuration, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.

Mansioni

• Lead client-facing OMP implementation work from discovery through deployment and adoption.
• Facilitate workshops to understand client planning needs and translate into design and data requirements.
• Guide configuration and testing, resolve issues, explain trade-offs behind recommendations.
• Coordinate work across client and Bluecrux teams, align stakeholders on scope and delivery priorities.
• Support users through documentation and knowledge transfer as new ways of working take hold.
• At Senior Manager level, take ownership across multiple workstreams and shape delivery approach.
