Job summary

OMP is seeking an experienced implementation consultant to optimize supply chains for global clients from Atlanta. You will model planning problems, translate ERP data, and configure OM Partners solutions with SAP namespaces, enabling multi-module planning across the client environment.

You will lead client engagements, guide agile delivery across sprints, train junior staff, and collaborate with business and IT teams. Domestic travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a related occupation.
• Experience with ERP integration and supply chain planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and apply mathematical modeling to support management decisions.
• Design solutions in OM Partners proprietary software to model planning challenges.
• Guide customers in selecting integration technologies via OM NameSpace solution.
• Lead the client account to manage scope, budget, and timeline with the project manager.
• Configure OM Partners SAP namespace to translate ERP data into the data model.
• Configure feedback module for accurate status reporting (orders, inventory, in-transit data).
• Use Agile to plan and deliver functionalities over multiple sprints.
• Onboard junior consultants and manage task lists.
• Provide training and change-management support during project phases.
• Travel up to 50% domestically.
